Kandura means Celebration

"Kandura" significa "celebración" en Indonesia. Es el nombre de un colectivo de ceramistas y diseñadoras de este archipiélago oceánico. Combinan las técnicas tradicionales con las posibilidades tecnológicas de hoy para producir objetos de cerámica útiles y que a la vez tengan un valor en sí mismo.

Entre ellos están sus anillos de cerámica. Hermosos y delicados, con forma de animales o geometrías orgánicas, nos enamoraron totalmente. Por eso los hemos traído a Gnomo.

La producción es industrial y al mismo tiempo artesanal, como la cerámica tradicional, esa que en Castellón y Valencia conocemos tan bien. Por eso no puede haber dos piezas exactamente iguales. Así que lo mejor es que vengáis a Gnomo en Valencia a ver y probar estos anillos de Kandura.
